    BEAUTY IN ALL

    Desperately trying
    In a sense of hope
That my life can mean more
    Than a flick of light
Death is a natural part of extinction
Just see the beauty in all
Wanting to put the pieces together
    In thought with much effort

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
