An Old Fashioned Man
He’s an old fashioned man
Who’s been tried and tested true,
I’ve seen it in his actions
For he knows just what to do.
He’s a man with such high regard
For reputation and restraint,
With respect he shows affection
A lady’s heart he will not break.
Living by the Golden Rule
Does unto others as himself,
He harbors no hard feelings
And puts the stone upon a shelf.
His life is our example
For he’s honest to the core,
If there’s one thing that I covet
It’s that I want him more.
