Poem Commentary

I wrote this one day when i was in my room and i just had an idea.for words popped into my head walk into the room and i took it from there.hope you guys liked it.

Almost Gone

Walk into the room
see the blood gleem red
smell the scent of iron
coming from her head
a small and deadly piece
of metal in the wall
what could have made her do this
what could have made her fall
so beautiful
so young
full of so much vibrance
all gone when she fired the gun
and as you stand staring
in disbelief and shock
you thought she was happy
it was just happiness she mocked
you scream and yell for her to awake
not a movement is made
you see the gun's still in her hand
you put it to your head afraid
then you hear this buzzing sound
that pulses in your ears
you look around confused
but it roars on loud and clear
then you finally realize
what's making this wierd sound
you awake from your nightmare
jump up and look around
she's there in bed beside you
sleeping like a rock
you wrap your arms around her
and turn off the alarm clock.

thanks man i really appreciate your opinion and i have more poetry written its just half the time i dont feel like rewriting it on this website.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
