    A Dragon's Heaven

     Thar be a time
    long ago days

    they ruled all the skies
    devoured at will  

    ravished me dale's
    razed me forest's

    children all aghast
    women too agog

    hearts did fail
    breaths were lost

    man to beast
    season on season

    nest's be nil
    eggs a gone

    skies all red
    all be naught

    I like your poem. It is a different style, I have not seen this, the way you used so few words, each line, and spoke as either the past of future, but the message identifies a barren existence "razed me forests" to "eggs a gone" ... a good connection of inevitability, from poor planning of re-planting.
