    A Christmas Wish

Oh Santa OH Santa the little boy said ,to the white headed man dressed all in red.
My mama is sick and we havent much money,Santa just smiled and said come here my sonny.
What do you want old Santa to bring you,the little boy smiled with crystal eyes of blue.
MY mama is sick and she needs a warm bed,we have no place to lay our heads
A small little house with a little bit of heat,so i can cook our meals and warm our bare feet.
Santa just smiled as tears filled his eyes, the little boy hugged Santa and said his goodbyes.
Santa just knew he had to come through, for the sweet little boy, eyes of sky blue.
Santa went to the elves and told them the story, the sickly mother and the poor little boy.
they all got together and built a small house, and when they were done they were quiet as a mouse.
They looked at each other with pride and joy, such a beautiful house for this poor little boy.
Santa and elves went to find the small boy, every one of them overfilled with joy
It was christmas eve and all was in bed, waiting on Santa in his big red sled.
There was the boy sleeping in a cardboard box, come boy Santa said put on these new shoes and socks.
The boy and mother then were put in Santa"s sleigh,Santa jumped in and said up up and away.
the eight tiny deer begin to fly,up in the air ,way up in the sky.
Just a few minutes later and Santa said woe,the reindeer quickly landed on the snow.
The sweet little boy couldnot believe his eyes, all he could do was let out cries.
He finally had a home and a very warm bed,for him and his mother to lay their heads.

I've always had a soft spot for Christmas poems. I have a few tucked away that I'll probably pull out at Christmas time. This was very cute and sweet. It may need a little editing, but your story is well told. Good job, TS
