    who are you

Who are you? my mind flashes previous memories of someone else. You are not this person i can't help but to notice. Your skin is much more silky and your personality is much like mine. Who are you and why do you begin to cry? What are these questions of such curiosity you seek? It was never my plan for someone else to meet. If only both can be combined to make what would seem to be my perfect mate. Who are you and why are we on this date? You look nothing like the other but yet i care for both the same. So confused in my mind as one day im here and another im there. When i see her i see you and vice versa. Who are you, I begin to ask? Selfishness and greed as cost me both and now nothing i have.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
