    Where are you my love?

Sitting on the beach, the sand between my toes watching the waves riding over the rocks and wondering "Where are you my love". and when will our paths be crossed.

Kneeling anxiously before my Savior, I asked,"Lord where is he? what is he doing now? will it be now? someday or never? Oh my love where are you?

Thinking sometimes, just how will our meeting be arranged, Is he coming from far or is he nearby. Oh my love when will you come out of hiding, my love your bride await with longing, yet still patient.

Where are you my love, when the rain hammers the roof, lightening flashes across the window and thunder shakes the structure of my room.

I run for cover, frightened, my teeth knocking against each other, Oh my love.....when...will...we...meet.
    where are you my love?
