    What is BLACK

    The absence of all radiance

    The darkness of the night

    In opposition of the sun

    The opposite of light

    The sweet song of nature

    That nurtures and cultivates

    For in the black

    Grown many things

    Subtle moonlight swings

    Through shadows

    Like broken arrows of earth

    Its apart of the birth

    Look up to the stars

    See the dark universe

    That covers in black

    But the colors an act

For black is not a color

    It’s the deficiency of light

It’s the time the moon isn’t bright

Its not the urge to instigate fights

Its not the evil the hate

    The ignorance and death

Black is what’s there when there is nothing left

    Black is chic

Black is the trick of sideways perception

    Not the darkness of sin

    Or devilish direction

    Black is the best shoes

    Cool shirts

    And best suits

Black isn’t a race of people

    So medieval

    Its true

    Black is so colossal

That the whole world gets a share

Black is fear of the unseen

    The unknown of whats there

    Black is the indefinite

    The resonant of night

Black is devoid of the horror

    For that’s in the mind

    Black isn’t what your taught

Its behind your eyes in bed

    Black isn’t ignorant

    That parts in your head

    Black is the richest earth

    The crude oil of gain

    Black isn’t hurting or deserting

    Failure or pain

    Black is lovely and mysterious

    The risks that we take

    Black is puzzling

And with it come many mistakes

    Black is beautiful

And reusable In all of its depths

Black is the center of the earth

Tell me how deep is that

    And that right there is

    black

So fluid. It just kept comin. A deeply perspective poem, taking one thing and reasoning it from infinite angles. Piercing through the myth and superstitions and handing out a handful of actuality. [Black isn’t ignorant That parts in your head] -- HELL yeah.

i like it....it's true...like the wind and rain and the darkness in the brain where the soul began......

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
