    Warmin By the Enemy's Fire

This we we’re taught as Christians
N ya know that we’ve been told
Ta shed our light for others
While standin fast and bein bold

Now don’t ya be too bashful
Don’t be withdrawn or too up tight
Stand your ground on the firin line
If your plannin ta win this fight

Ya know? Even Jesus sit down
    Breakin bread among the sinners
    While witnessing before them
    Fixin on makin them winners

We have been in a dire need
Just ta win one more soul
But ya need be careful, my friend
How ya step up n play the role

When ya go out ta meet the lost
    Tread lightly upon their ground
If ya break bread with Satan
It’s very hot, is what I’ve found

There is gonna be those times
When being close, it will require
But ya need ta be real cautious
When “Warmin By The Enemy’s Fire”
