WAITING

WAITING

Waiting is killing the last courage within,
to express how i feel.
It has been a year now,
and am still waiting

I have seen sun rising so beautiful many times.
Each day thinking that It may be my day
but as the last rays sink down the horizon in the evening
I am left to wonder if it is worthy waiting.

Am torn between the land of confusion'
not knowing if am crazy or insane
waiting on someone who seem not to care
but deep within I feel she might be!

waiting is killing the last right word
I have rehearsed for days

In a perfect tone

To say how I feel.

When will this waiting be over?

It is killing everything!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
