    Together

    I lay in my bed
    I think
    I listen
I hear you open your car door and shut it
    I get up
    i have my convers on
    a pair of jeans and a t-shirt
    You knock on the door
    I say "come in"
You come in sit on the couch
    You wait
I come out of my room
    I see you
I love the way the sun light hits your eyes
    they sparkle
    their were deep blue
    now sky blue
you look at me and say
"ready to go to the movies"
    I say yes
My phone rings i answer it
    it my mother again
    she says
"Emma I love you, don't do any thing you don't want to do, see you when you get home"
    Lets go he says
    ok i say
    "I love you"
    He says
And we walk out the door together.

So sweet. I hope this about Steven and not Kyle. Please tell me its abotu Steven.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
