To be, or not to be (conscious)

    Streaming consciousness into oblivion,
    next street over the main.
    Political sundries gone awry,
    makes humanity suffer and cry.

    Futuristic consciousness begs existence today,
before all resources are squandered away.

    Take heed of the earth,
she will speak loud and clear,
for all of humanity conscious or not to hear.

very short poem, but it got to the point. Well said. I look forward to reading more from you.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
