    Thee eye dont lie

    Thee eye dont lie

As any man may take a glance
they are caught in a trance
    Of natures gift to beauty
    with one look
it was all that it took
to picture acomposition in my head
    of a musical rendition
    of the beauty with in
I put paper to pin to catch this image
with no lie, of pure silky golden brown hair
all I could do was just stair
and compliment her ruby red lips
with a soft suttle stair her eyes are like pearls
    Can I please get away
    its to late her glance
now has you in a trance and she didnt say a word
With a body like an our an hour glass
time is frozen and not a moment has passed
that I did not admire the veiw
I have to give thanks that god created you
From the hour glass, to the pearls, and the ruby red lips
I knew that image was the most truely beautiful thing I have seen
To be so pure , I do adore how she
    had me at a glance
    which tured into a trance
and embedded an image in my head
Your beauty so true, and hard to deny
    Thee eye dont lie

Sophialaurenea commented on Thee eye dont lie

EAT SMOKE ALCOHOL DRUGS: I CHOOSE TO WRITE by Sophialaurenea Y. Destine LOVE People use the word "love" too freely. It becomes confusing; now it is ugly. I s love a wish or feeling? People are in clouds and not dealing. One tries to control. They are fools to try to mole. Yes, they fail at mainipulating. Of course, their method is unbalanced at evaluating. Love should be an honest declaration. Love should be celebration. Two souls must be independent, not be represented by counsel as a defendant. Women and men question: What is the solution? The answer is no hidden potion. Love is a dilgent occupation. There is a famous question. Is it just sexual or is our relationship more and valuable? Ah! There is a scent of fear. Do we dare, but what is life without flare? Love is the greatest glare. Well, now Mrs. Catherine Alvarez is threatening the staff: Monitor Aide Renee and Night Supervisor Victoria. I so wanted to write Mrs. Alvarez up; and inform staff of her threats. Nevertheless, if they don't believe that Mrs. Alvarez threaten my life. Why should I tell them? Mr. Alvarez said "I can't stand those _itches (Renee / Victoria). Victoria wouldn't let me in because I came in too late. I will kick Renee's ass that fat _itch. I am not afraid of her maybe her rolly pollies; but not her. I don't care write me up." I so wanted to warn Renee and Victoria; but I kept my mouth close. I finally spoke to my case worker Ms. Jade Caldwell's supervisor Mrs. Lucy Burmero. Now, I have to come in and sign some papers for their doctor could speak to my doctor. What a whole bunch of mess! Folks! I just want to go to the YMCA to exercise. There is no reason for their doctor to speak to my doctor. I had some good case workers in the pass; but these two people are not here to help me at all. I informed Ms. Caldwell I will never ask her a late pass again.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
