The Quest

I'm searching for the Lord
I don’t have to go far because it’s at my front door
And in everything I encounter as I explore

I’m on my way to place of no return
I don't know my way there but I'm sure
There will be signs that I can follow
I’m off to see if I can find some answers to some questions that I have
And if I come back I'll share my findings
And my many discoveries
There are a lot of things I want to know
Like when you die where do you go?
How can I explore the brain of the Lord?
He knows everything there is to know
Please LORD I would like for you to show me the way
The devil tries to hold me back from your path
I say NO, leave me alone
He throws a lot of things at me that got me running for cover
He'll soon discover that I’ll never belong to him
The Lord will always reign
Over my heart
If you feel empty inside
The LORD will fill that up in no time
He's always knocking at our Door
Go see who it is
It might change how you live.

A truly thought provoking mind trek to the reaches of His presence. Who can know the mind of God? If we can comprehend Him, then He is a lesser god to be pitied. Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised, for His knowledge and wisdom are matchless and unobtainable. And our great Tower of Strength: greater is He who is in you, than he that is in the world.
