    The Plug In The Jug

     I'm gonna place, the plug in the jug.
    I'm gonna stop it up and seal.
    I'm gonna walk away from the life that was,
    So that I may feel.

    I'm gonna wash away the dirt, the stains.
    I'm gonna scrub the past and clean.
    I'm gonna walk into a better way.
    A way I've never seen.

    I'm gonna trust my heart to something new.
    I'm gonna leave this hole I've dug.
    I'll gonna see the light, the care, the hope.
    When I place the plug in the jug.

    Plug it in, plug it in....what I enjoy most about this poem is that whatever you experienced that was negative, it didn't hurt you to the point that you lost hope. It didn't cause you to feel as though there was no possibility for happiness. As long as we have hope for a better tomorrow there is no telling how bright the is going to shine...Just saying!
