The Playful Dolphins

Poem Commentary

My friend craves dolphins. I wrote a poem for her when she was having hard life. It inspired her so much that she wanted to renew her life. I wrote and printed that on the picture of two dolphins flying next to each other on the turquoise sea. She put it in frame and put on her wall to remind her everyday. She's like a gleeful Dolphin that likes to go out and play.

The Playful Dolphins

The Playful Dolphins
The Dolphins are out to play,
In the oceanic blue bay,
Their rubbery skin in shades of grey,
Shaped in slippery and sleek way.
The Dolphins are out to play,
In their own world they sway,
They seem to smile with glee;
Playfully jumping around in sea.
The Dolphins are out to play,
In their school everyday,
Sounding with echoes, clicks and whistles,
And swimming like missiles.
The Dolphins are out to play,
With such a majestic display,
Their hearts so tender,
And full of splendor!
The Dolphins are out to play,
In the oceanic blue bay,
Their rubbery skin in shades of grey,
Shaped in slippery and sleek way.
The Dolphins are out to play,
In their own world they sway,
They seem to smile with glee;
Playfully jumping around in sea.
The Dolphins are out to play,
In their school everyday,
Sounding with echoes, clicks and whistles,
And swimming like missiles.
The Dolphins are out to play,
With such a majestic display,
Their hearts so tender,
And full of splendor!
