The Last Rose
A traditional sight, I've seen before,
A man giving a rose.
He doesn't know, his girl's a whore
And so he shall propose.
Side by side, they walk the aisle,
both seem so content.
But then she bangs his best friend Kyle
and the groom is a little bit bent.
With this act, the wedding's off,
The groom falls into hell
from the bride, not even a cough
as he slashes with a nail.
The months go by and he accepts,
the things that are meant to be
In reality, he only adapts
but he shall never be free
One last rose falls to his floor
as he finally throws the key
who would have guessed her to be a whore
and he could turn into me
Lonely and fallen, my heart deeply sank
my body hitting the floor
If only I was high up in her rank
then she wouldn't have shut the door.
One last rose, on the table
I finally hit the floor
On my foot, they place the label
I was once alive, but nevermore.
