    Poem Commentary

    I wrote this about a guy who i like like but can never love him cuz other pple keep us apart.

    The guy i cant love!

     His eyes are like dark chocolate
    smooth and soft but takes your breath away.
    His skin is like a warm sandy beach
    that you just feel so comfortable on.
    His voice is soft and calm but also meaningful
    just like the lullaby my mom used to sing to me.

    This is very lovely, but very short. You have a knack for writing, but I think you should work harder and give us something epic! Loved it, though.

    All right, this is it. This is the most beautiful poem I have read today. it reminds me of the Song of Solomon in the Bible, whcih is one of the most beautiful love poems ever written. // The last line is the tear-jerker for me. My mother died two years ago, and I miss her so much. I can remember the lullabies she sang to me when I was a baby and a child. For you to tie that kind of love in with the love you feel for this guy shows how deeply and truly you are able to love--even though you titled this "The Guy I Can't Love!"--and even if you don't have anyone specific in mind. Yours is a heart overflowing with love. I hope you find someone worthy of it, who will return the same to you. // BTW, I'm 59 years old and dying of cancer; I'm telling you that just so you know I'm not trying to sweet-talk you. // Love, --PWC aka Mr. Poet P.S.     well this is a real guy but because the other guys in the skool hate me they would kill him for being seen wit me and thats why i said "the guy i cant love"
