    The good shepherd

Shadows cross my future sights, leaving me to believe there is not future light.

Still my faith is true and strong, knowing he will lead me to where I belong.

His will I’ll keep until I am old, for he is with me in heart and soul.

Though these shadows may cross my path, he clears the way with mighty rod and staff.

I fallow his lead not knowing what lies ahead, “I am your shepherded” he has said.

i like this one. shows your faith and strength in God

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
