    The Cross We Must Carry

The way of the world;/ Contrary to He who made it./ Bowing not; defying all statutes/ And all manner of Godly order./ Representing God's Threshing Floor;/ Justifying His Pruning Process for all...../ For all have sinned and fall short/ Of the Glory of God./ Vexation abounds in this gloomy charade;/ Dogging every move we make./ For the wicked never sleep/ Until the evil deed is done...../ Requiring every Christian/ To carry their cross daily./ The scriptures foretold/ Of powers and principalities;/ Of persons without bodies/ And evil in high places..../ Dictating misery for the masses;/ Coming to steal, kill, and destroy./ But these denizens are lost forever;/ And the lost are never found again:/ As the price is never paid/ For failure to carry our cross./ Lo the glorious path to righteousness/ Has lessons in perseverence;/ Lessons we learn and progress we make/ And testings by fire/ For strengh and endurance./ For The Vessels of God/ Are flawless and pure;/ Exempting us not/ In His Furnace of Testings./ Then ready we are!/ As Soldiers of God;/ To fight for the world/ Against flesh and the devil./ We carry our cross....../ To the end we endure./ The Glorious Words/ Of promised salvation/ Then suddenly manifest:/ "Well done thy good/ And faithfuil servant"...../ "Enter ye now/ Into The Kingdom of God"./

That was beautiful don't ever stop this powerful word you have.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
