    THE CHILD'S TIME HAS COME...

    THE CHILD'S TIME HAS COME...
    SHE COULD BE YOURS
    SHE COULD BE MNE
    THE CHILD'S TIME HAS COME

THE CHILD SAYS DADDY I AM TIRED
    I WANT TO GO HOME
    HER FATHER SAYS
DARLING YOU WILL GO HOME BUT WAIT
    JUST ONE MOMENT PLEASE
YOUR MOMMA HAS TO DO YOUR HAIR
    IN THOSE CORNROW BRAIDS

AND PUT IN THOSE PINK BOWS
    THAT YOU LIKE
    AND PUT ON YOUR FAVORITE
    PINK DRESS
THAT I LIKE TO SEE YOU IN

    THE CHILD'S TIME HAS COME
    THE CHILD SAYS MOMMY MAY
    I LAY
MY HEAD DOWN ON YOUR LAP
    YA KNOW
    SOON I WILL LAY
    LIKE THIS
    FOREVER
AS HER FATHER TURNS THE CORNER
HE SITS AT THE EDGE OF HER BED

    HE RUBS HER HAND
IT'S BEEN A FEW MOMENTS SINCE
    HER LAST WORDS BEEN SAID

    FAMILY AND FRIENDS CAN'T BELIEVE
AN TRUE ANGEL IS NO LONGER
    ON EARTH
    SHE'S NOW IN HEAVEN INSTEAD.

heaven visits us sometimes im a thought and when we think on the ones on the other side i wish a cool breeze sent there way while they sit in Paradise and find there rest with the best.

I don't like the way you wrote this with all capitals.

the thing about poetry it is what it is like it or not.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
