    The Beast Inside Us

they come to you and won't leave you alone
trying to rub down your resistance
    they won't leave you alone
    as if you are property
this female doesn't belong to a man
then she belongs to anyone who wishes to take her
why do they rape us with their eyes
    we are human beings
why must we be chained like animals to be protected
why does freedom for women become chains and bars
and the death of individuality and freedom
I wish they could know this rape
    fully understand the severe anguish
confronted with the bastardization of a beautiful rite
to one that sickens is limitless in the realm
we want them to feel what we feel
there is a beast inside us
    they put it there

everyone has a beast inside them, but some choose to control it, we can't judge one another because we're all made up of the same emotions, your poem is great, it points out some distinct facts about life, will there ever be peace amongst others? thats a hard question to answer.
