    SWEET LIKE CANDY

    Sweet Like Candy
Well she had a walk of grace
Not really needing a smile on her face
    The wind slowed down
Each time as her foot touched the ground

She was always on a mission
Was a great cook in the kitchen
Even when done cooking she always cleaned the dishes
Dry them as though she was leaving kisses

    Always made you feel good
Like a sweet bite of candy should
    As a kid or adult
She always knew what you felt

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
