    Places I'm so welcomed,
    Places I don't belong.
    So what happened to me,
    Tell me what went wrong.
Wish I was a 'little teapot',
And life could be so simple.
    But there's so much more,
So much I can't deal with.
Why do I have to be so differrent?
    Oh God, tell me why!
I'd give anything to fit in,
To feel at home - just for a while.

    I wish I wasn't different,
    I wish it wasn't so,
    But my life left me,
    Sometime, long ago.

    Now I'm just drifting...
    Drifting thru this foreign land.
    Drifting, Drifting, Drifting...
    Waiting for the end.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
