    Shadowdreams (Limbo breached)

    Is this reality?
    Is this someone's dreamscape?
Am I here or is this my dream?

Shadows dance around when I look about. Reality shifts, that when I shake my head to look up again, the sky has reformed, the road is a different pavement, yet all around me are not.

Dreams of reality, dreams to escape, dreams of happiness, even of the shadows within me. Am I here or is this a dream. The different planes, worlds, or realities if you will.

Even, focused, the mind is unclear & my eyes see more than shadows, more than dreams, more than what the mind & eye show me. I have seen them, breached them.

Everthing fades, no longer can I speak, no longer can I reach, I breathe, I open my eyes, but the pictures are of a different reality. Limbo maybe?

I close my eyes, focus, my mind is clear, its shifting, yet the dreams appear to be opposite, the shadows are my minds thoughts, I can't speak of them, they fade if I do.

    Is this reality?
    Is this someone's dreamscape?
Am I here or is this my dream?

These are my mind's odd dreams shadowed, these are the dream shadows of me, awake & asleep.

Believe me, time has shown me limbo breached, but only in these fortelling, cumbersome shadow dreams.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
