Severity

Lost the Damned May Be
Through Hell You May Walk
Hell, No Place Like Home
You Came Back
When None Else Could
Yet You Have Found Its Consequences
The Consequences Will Stay
But The Body Will Walk On
No Salvation To Those Who Came Back
Is This Severity Or Serenity?

I liked it. Great! But it made me feel sad. Most of us are happy to go home. I'll keep coming back and reading more.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
