RAINBOW
Yellow, Orange, Red, Green, Blue, and Purple too
When in the sky, to the human eye, there's nothing more beautiful but you.
But your rainbow shines whether there is snow or sun
And if I can make you smile, then I feel my job is done.
The happy feelings you bring me will never grow old
I hope I can reach the the treasure at the end of your rainbow, your heart,
the REAL pot of gold.
Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
