"9, 11"
We welcome people into the United States cause we stand for freedom and a place to be free;But this day, September 11, 2001, was a day terrorists marked as a time for us to die and let be.
It was eight years ago, today;
We trusted people who blew some of our world away.
Two planes hit in New York City, a landmark called the Twin Towers;
Some people lost family members and left our country in tears for hours.
Another plane hit down in Pennyslvania somewhere;
To save another landmark cause we as American did care.
The president was sent somewhere so he could hide for cover;
But other Americans lost their lives to get away from others.
This the land of the Home and the Brave;
But September 11th or 9-11, become a long list of American graves.
God Bless you all, who lost someone dear to your heart,
But no matter what we are protected by God from the start.
