Biography

I am a Native American journalist who enjoys my culture and heritage through my Native Maerican Newspaper: Medicine Winds News. I attend powwows and dance the Ladies Northern Buckskin style, and sing with my husband's powwow drum group.

I also produce a local Non-Native community newspaper called The Whistle Stop.

I am a military veteran and enjoy horseback riding, bead work, hiking, teaching cultural classes, and helping other writers published.
