I grew up by the ocean and spent many summer days with family going to the beach or on "day trips" to explore new activities. Out of these adventures...I've been blessed with a love for nature, travel, photography, and the written english words. I have 2 boys in their 20's and a 6-month old granddaughter. When I am not at
work as a preschool teacher assistant, you can find me outdoors
somewhere with my camera, with friends at a music venue, or writing notes and other thoughts in my journal. Life in general inspires me to write and that includes short true stories, haikus,
and love-style poems. I absolutely love to watch t.v.,movies, and documentaries. Am hoping with this site to meet/chat/share with
other poets and get inspired to combine photos with poetry.
