Lacie’s Profile

Hey! Im Lacie and Ive been writing poetry since I was very young and even though I'm a mommy now I still try to write every once in a while. I have a Husband, Matthew, and we've been together almost 5 yrs. I just had our son Kayne (Sounds like Cain, but spelled differently) and he was born with spina bifida. He is a miracle to even be alive and we are working on him walking now. (If u dont know much about spina bifida, look it up But he has the worst type.) The doctors were very pessimistic about his diagnosis and said if he even lived, he'd be a vegetable. But thank God for his grace bc he is a beautiful, thriving, little boy and even though hes had 4 surgeries and has more to come, he is doing everything they said hed never do. Hes my inspiriation and my hero. Im a better person bc he is in my life. I love him and my HUsband ssoooo much. I hope yawl like my poems!!!
