Plan of Life

To Man belongs the plan, but does that plan take root?
When will that plan spring forth and yield it's tasty fruit?
How does that plan become action; How long before actions
show progress?
Should I Dream about this Plan: What if I don't find success?
If I fail I'll be devastated, I'll look like a fool,I've wasted so much money and time.
My friends will all laugh, my family may snicker, they'll all say, "He's lost his dang mind".
I can't stop this plan. It cry's out from with in me I'm a captive of it's captivating influence.
This journey may be long; This climb seems so steep, will I have enough Faith and endurance?
I must take a step, I must give all I can. If I don't try I've already failed.
Inspired by Hope and faith in a promise I press forward my plan is UN-veiled.
But is it my plan, a Dream in my mind or is it inspired, a question of Fate.
I'm equipped for this plan someone gave me these talents to this fact there is no debate.
This Plan will work. We cannot fail; It may teary, but run on and believe.
The battle is not yours. It is the Lord's and there is nothing he can't Achieve!!!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
