PARSLEY
Off to the side of the plate, adding aesthetic quality to the offering;Moved around and around, until eventually placed aside;
Then, tossed out with the scraps, its decorative purpose over;
I have served as the garnish at so many of your meals;
I would much rather have been the meat & potatoes.
