My poor baby, you mustdie

My poor baby, you mustdie

With scorching hatred I want to say goodbye
Like a mother losing her first born
Giving it up willingly
This part of you and I
The universal love of a parent
I know you understand if you have lived
This child that I bear
Has more life than I
Consumes me on a molecular level
Having found my acceptance
it easily takes up residence
complete with luggage
and settles in to my split level condocranium
My insanity is very special to me
We love each other so much
But a compromise is necessary
The tapeworm of darkness and fear must die
Then I will kill hopelessness myself

This one is very disturbing. My prayer is sending the Light your way. And even in the darkness of this one, I see that you have hope. Faith hope and Love. The best things in life really are free.Your style is quite good, in my opinion. Glad to find you here. Write on, brother!

if I dont do this I feel empty. this flows from me and satisfies every nerve

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
