Lord if you wish I will be joyfully submissive to the man you choose to send me, but if you don’t mind and you would so kind. Let him be the best companion for me.
IF I am to be submissive give me a man who won’t take advantage of me, but rather be submissive to my needs and feelings.
Let him help me rather than hinder me.
Let him comfort me rather then criticize me.
Let him try to understand me rather then devalue me.
Let him hear my voice as well as is his own rather than dominate me.
Let him forgive me rather than punish me.
Let him set me free rather than cage me.
Let him trust me rather than question me.
Let him support me rather than defeat me.
Let him give to me rather than take from me.
Let him need me rather than want me.
Let him wake each morning with his goal for the day to first glorify you and
Second to make smile rather than frown.
Let him truly love me for who I am rather than try to make me someone I am
Not.
Let him fill me rather than leave me empty.
Let him point out the silver lining rather than the storm clouds.
Let him help me discover my strengths rather than pointing out my weaknesses.
Let him show me the spirit of you in him rather than the spirit of the world.
