My Hero
My hero is someone that I really look up toHe is someone who is there for me no matter what I do
My hero lifts me up when I'm feeling down
He brightens up my days because He is always around
My hero is spiritual and loving and very wise
He's forgiving and compassionate and He has opened my eyes
My hero will be there for me until the very end
He's my Lord, and my Savior, He's my best friend
My hero has been around long before my birth
As a matter of fact He was around before there was an earth
My hero has promised me that He will never leave
And all I have to do is trust and believe
Ever since that day I met my hero my soul has been freed
And on the day that happened I became free indeed
So if I ever stumble or even become lost
I'll just think about my hero who suffered on the Cross
You see I understand that I was bought for a price
And by the way, my hero name is JESUS CHRIST
