My Heart My Happiness

My happiness lies within my two creations 
in birth pains I brought them into this world
in love they were created 
to my heart they do belong 
they are my happiness they are my heart
and to them I do belong
they make my life feel brighter
with the comfort of chaos around
with laughter and with yelling
filling in the air
oh what a beautiful sound
to keep this joy forever
would almost be a sin
but I know nothing last forever
but still a nice dream within my heart
to hold them in my arms makes my happiness pure
to watch them grow daily into smart young people they be
my heart to my happiness I owe to these two indeed 
to my other parents out there please don't take for granted your own
as if the people without children a love they have not known.
keep your happiness in your heart and love to them instill
for they will always love you and happiness will always heart be filled
