    My first Kiss

How do I explain my first kiss,
It sure was something you wouldn't wanna miss.
    I was very nervous,
Because this was going to be between us.
I had never kissed anyone before,
Which made my nerves that much more.
    We went to a red couch;
    That I can vouch.
I came to her and said, "Are yo ready"
    Of course she was ready!
    I was like step One,
Boy was this going to be fun!
She kissed me on the cheek,
    Something I wanted to seek.
    Was this it?
I was almost going to have a fit!
    Next was Step Two,
I was wondering what was next too.
She kissed me on the forehead this time
I just thought, gee was that sublime!
Finally, step three, was this going to be that kiss?
Man would that make me have so much blilss.
    So, again, "Are you ready?"
She was like, "Sure I'm ready!"
We went in, MAN was her lips pursed perfect!
It made me feel like my lips had a defect.
The kiss was short, but SO GREAT!
I felt man does she seem like fate.
    That was my first kiss.
Hope that was something you ddn't want to miss.

A decent poem, I find some of your rhymes seems force, and last line "ddn't" just a typo, no worries. Also, be careful of rhyming the same word. But, all in all, it was a nice poem. Good job, and keep writing my friend. :)

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.
