    Moving On

    Quiet tones ringing out loudly
So desperately wanting to be heard.
To person to person from place to place
And still quiet because there's no face.

Need to move on with my life
    Standing still just can't surfice.
    Not knowing what's coming next
    Being alone seems to complex.

Standing at the end of my ropes
Realizing I can't give up hope.
    Taking myself out the equation
Will only leave too many abrastions.

    Moving on not standing still
    Times swollowed like a pill.
    Moving on can you see
I once was stick but know I'm free.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
