    Mostly a Mask
    I’m mostly a mask…
    or at least that’s how I feel…..
    And right now
    I feel everything but real.
    I’m trying so hard
    to just keep going on….
    but I feel like I’ve got
    nothing but a mask on.
    Covering up
    the true me…..
    trying to make people think
    they were wrong….
    when they thought
    they knew me……
    I feel like
    I’m wearing a mask…..
    keeping people from
    seeing through me like glass.
