    mi amor

you have my heart but will never realize
what i see looking at you through these eyes
i tell you the truth that i try to hide
because be4 i met you i thought my heart died
you brought it back for the dark to light
but even still i tried hard to fight
you've got me wrapped around your finger again
i guess that just happens ever now and then

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
