    Memories

    You say what we had was wrong,
    But i strongly disagree,
    Just you, me, and the memories; sitting in a tree,
    Carving, writing, and laughing,
    What a sight to see.
    Rainy days and running around,
    Jumping in puddles all over town,
    Treasure hunts and dog crap,
    Making up our own rap;
    Only wishing it wan't over,
    I wish upon a four-leaf clover.

    Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
