    Matthew

                                   The sun was bright,
but I could still feel the dampness
                  from yesterday"s raindrops.
                             As I approach the hospital,
                    people were busy walking
                   up and down the hallway.
                              I notice that my steps
were  heavy, I could barely stand.
                               The smiles of children
                          cheered my heart,but I cried
                           one tear for you,Matthew.
                                   My days were short,
                           and my nights were long.
                                   Perhaps,it was because
                            you could not sleep.
                                   I remember whispering
                                    in your ear,
' it is alright to close your eyes."
" God will wake you to a brighter
                                  tomorrow."

               God kept his promise,"Dear Matthew
let"s walk in the rain together".

                                                      Love your mom.
