    Making it without them...

    Two lovers,
In a world of hurt and hate,
    Hold each other,
    In Love's embrace.

    Hiding from them,
    Hoping they can,
    Both wanting it,
    Secretly making their plan.

    They want happiness,
    Having it from his.
    Along with approval,
    His even give this.

    Denied by hers,
    Because of a lie.
    Hers wont help,
    They won't even try.

    His loving her,
    Hers hating him,
    Wishing it was from both,
    Their lives on the rim...

    They can do it,
    Never looking back.
    Hers don't need to know,
    She quietly begins to pack.

    They will soon know,
    This is her life.
    Soon they will see,
    All from a new light.

    No one knows,
    It's still so small,
    Not even him,
    But she knows it all.

    She's been late before,
    But not for this long,
    She wants to tell him,
    But she isn't that strong.

    They will all see,
    This will happen soon,
    The reason they are hidden,
In the light of the moon.

    Hers having an idea,
    His still unsure,
    But soon they will know,
    That she isnt pure.

    A kid she is not,
And a woman she will be,
    But not soon enough,
    She needs to be free.

    He gives her his all,
    Proving to be a man,
But it all comes down to this,
    Fullfilling the plan.

    They truely can,
    Without a single whim.
    They will do this,
    Making it without them...

I would love to know the inpirations for your work. So intense yet so real to those of us who have experienced this life.

kinda reminds me of a modern day romeo and Juliette

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
