Life as a tree
THIS BEAUTIFUL TREE STANDING TALL WITH SUCH STRONG LIMBS
BRANCHES SWAYING BACK AND FOURTH WITH SUCH EASE
THIS BEAUTIFUL TREE IS SO FULL OF LIFE, FILLED WITH SUCH STRENGTH AND GRACE
THE MIGHTY OAK SLOWLY LOSES THOSE VIBRATE COLORED LEAVES AND SOON DROPS TO THE GROUND.
THIS TREE IS NOW STANDING NAKED AND EXPOSED, YEARNING TO FEEL THE SHELTER OF THOSE LEAVES THAT ONCE KEPT IT WARM
IT’S NOT SO TALL AND STRONG AS IT ONCE HAD BEEN
THE COLD HAS TAKEN ITS SHELTER AND THE SUNLIGHT HAS FADED AS WELL
SEASON’S THE LIFE AND Existence OF a TREE IS SIMILAR TO LIFE AS WE KNOW IT
WE START OUT TALL AND SO FULL OF SPIRT AND PROMISE BUT CERTAIN SISTUTIONS HAVE A WAY OF BREAKING OUR SPIRT AND OUR STERNGTH.
WE ARE THEN Stripped OF OUR SELF ESTEEM AND LEFT NAKED AND EXPOUSED
NAKED AND EXPOUSED WE LONG TO FEEL THE SHELTER THAT ONCE PROTECTED US FROM THE HARSH WORLD
WE LONG TO FEEL THE WARMTH AROUND OUR HEART AND OUR SOUL
WE LONG TO FEEL THE HOT SUN BEAT ON OUR FACE AND OUR LIPS CURVE TO MAKE A SMILE
