Karma's Coming

Karma's Coming

I can feel it Coming in the air tonight.. Ohh Looord
I just know that this moment going to mess up my life  oooh looord

So here it goes Upon me Upon us
Breathing down my neck but  not making to much of a fuss
Not making to much of a sound to let me know its arount
But I know, I can feel it & Im still not ready for it.
Not ready for the drama & bad times
Not ready to break her heart or have her break mine
I want to savor this situation just a little longer
i want to let this feeling get just a little stronger
before its destroyed & tossed and all feelings involved are lost
and all that remains is pain regret  disdain
and the very things that engulf a heart when its slain
So Im going all out no more having sex Im making love
no more slight touches when I hug
Im going to hold on until we start to sweat
Im going to kiss until the bottom of our face is all wet
Im going to say I love you ever time we catch eyes
Because Karma is coming  and this will all be over when it arrives

I can feel it coming in the air tonight  Ohh looord
I hope this is the last time it fucks with my liiiife  OOH LOOORD  ooh looord.

Wow, this was so good. I really admire the passionate voice in this one. I see you live in the same town as my Texas Angel. She's the one who inspired me to start writing again. How I miss Texas. Please keep writing, this was a real treat.

Don't we all. this one I can relate to . Just a little longer, befoe it'soo late, plays all over again. Good write, needs some polish, a little spit shine. But the message was right on time. Write on....

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
