    Journey

    Travelling down these winding roads
Not sure which way to go
Lifes path are sometimes drenched with rain
    other times covered with snow.
Ive gotten lost a time or two
Ended up on some dark dead ends
    Have travelled many times alone
    Sometimes with family and friends
And though I know not where this leads
    I keep on marching on
Theres times that I can see the glow
Of a soon to be breaking dawn
Ive carried heavy loads down these paths
The weight being to much to bear
Ive had tears pouring down my face
Wondering why life is so unfair
But yet I continue on this journey
Knowing soon my destination I will arrive
Through all the good the bad and the ugly
With God I know I will survive

well written. lifes a journey...... you determine the destinations end.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
