    It's Been Agony

    northern skies of midnight blue
    call out to me
the lanterns glow upon the wall
    a mockery
I've been waiting for so long
    never fiegning fear
    it's been agony..............
    i've surrendered tears
    as the winters dawn aproaches
    never never land
unspoken feelings gather up to take a stand
i've been hoping for so long
    never fiegning fear
    it's been agony............
    i've surrendered tears
    sleepless nights
have left me in a world awry
reality eludes me even though I try
to read the writing on the wall
    forgive the way I stall
    it's been agony.............

Robin, I really dig your spiritual rifs. U seem very much in tune with what's happening in this mixed up world. Keep at it!!!

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
