    Irony

As I take a moment to reflect on
    MORTALITY
    my own immortality
is infused within the fibers of this page
imbedded in the words of this poem made
    ETERNAL
through the ink of this pen
    that brings forth metaphors of
    LIFE

Pick up your pen and journey, take me with you! .

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
