In Light of Red and Gray

    Imperfection lies symmetrical,
    a non-existant tune,
    white noise echoes,
in light of red and gray.

Blood and tears shed of grace,
no center spinning round and round,
    hopeless love finds faith,
in light of red and gray.

    Notes circle colors,
    blurred in rythyms,
    in my mind rounding endlessly,
    crystal notes hum eternal,
in light of red and gray.

    Dreams fly free,
    circling the song,
    simple love of music,
in light of red and gray,
    I fly.

Your final stanza really pulls together the meaning in this interesting piece for me! Very nicely done!

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
